Mapped the hospital’s innovation assets, identified the right external funding opportunity, built the business and innovation plan, aligned leadership, presented the initiative, and secured government funding to establish the innovation center.
SUN – Start-Up North
Built a regional innovation hub from the ground up, including a pre-accelerator, accelerator, co-working space, founder community, and cross-sector collaborations with municipalities, government bodies, companies, and entrepreneurship stakeholders.
Geha & Tzafon Medical Centers
Established innovation methodologies, translated clinical and operational needs into solution concepts, coordinated partners and stakeholders, and shaped pilots around KPIs, adoption criteria, and implementation.

Built and managed end-to-end innovation programs across AI, digital health, communications, energy harvesting, new materials, and emerging technologies — prioritizing opportunities, aligning startup partners with Samsung global business units, and driving POCs from use-case definition through integration and adoption.

Co-founded and built a regional innovation hub from the ground up, created cross-sector collaborations across municipalities, public bodies, regional companies, and entrepreneurship stakeholders, and guided founders from early ideas toward clearer plans and execution.

Established healthcare innovation methodologies at Geha and Tzafon Medical Centers, translating clinical and operational needs into structured pilots, partner collaborations, KPI frameworks, adoption pathways, and a successful grant-funded innovation-center initiative.

Earlier career across hardware, firmware, FPGA design, ASIC development, electro-optics, industrial sensing, cellular communications, and defense programs — including cross-site R&D coordination across Germany, Israel, and Canada and major projects with Rafael, Israel Aerospace Industries, Bosch, and other industrial customers.
