Mapped the hospital’s innovation assets, identified the right external funding opportunity, built the business and innovation plan, aligned leadership, presented the initiative, and secured government funding to establish the innovation center.
SUN – Start-Up North
Built a regional innovation hub from the ground up, including a pre-accelerator, accelerator, co-working space, founder community, and cross-sector collaborations with municipalities, government bodies, companies, and entrepreneurship stakeholders.
Geha & Tzafon Medical Centers
Established innovation methodologies, translated clinical and operational needs into solution concepts, coordinated partners and stakeholders, and shaped pilots around KPIs, adoption criteria, and implementation.

An Android-based support tool helping older adults and their families manage digital tasks and SMS-related workflows.
