Claudia Ben-Yaakov

About Claudia

I connect deep technology, business opportunity, product definition, and the people needed to make it real.

Strategic enough for investors. Human enough for founders. Technical enough to understand what is really being built.

I help people who want to build something new understand what is really inside the opportunity: the technological depth, the business potential, the right first product, and the practical path that can turn an idea into something real.

My edge is the ability to hold the small details and the large picture at the same time. I can move from system-level thinking to product definition, from technical possibility to commercial logic, and from scattered inputs to a structured plan people can act on.

That perspective comes from both sides of the bridge. I began in deep-tech engineering and R&D, designing hardware, firmware, FPGA-based systems, and working on complex industrial and defense programs before moving into commercialization, healthcare innovation, venture building, partnerships, and applied AI.

The work is strategic, but never cold. I care deeply about the projects and people I work with, and I am at my best when I can connect the right people around an opportunity and help it take shape.
